Activity Charts
Two charts on the analytics dashboard help you visualise your productivity patterns: the Weekly Activity bar chart and the Activity Trend line chart.
Weekly Activity
The weekly activity chart is a bar chart that shows your activity across the last 7 days. Each bar represents a day, and the height of the bar shows how much time you spent working in that workspace on that day.
This chart helps you:
- Identify patterns — are you more productive on certain days of the week?
- Spot low‑activity days — which days do you need to focus more?
- Track consistency — are you maintaining a steady level of activity?
The bars are colour‑coded:
- Blue/Indigo — normal activity.
- Darker — higher activity.
- Lighter — lower activity.
Activity Trend
The activity trend is a line chart that tracks your productivity trends over time. It shows your activity levels across the last 7 days as a continuous line.
This chart helps you:
- Spot trends — is your productivity increasing or decreasing?
- Identify peaks — when are you most productive?
- Track consistency — are there significant dips in your activity?
The line chart is especially useful for identifying gradual changes in your productivity over time.
How to use the charts
- Review weekly — check your charts at the end of each week to see how you performed.
- Set goals — use the charts to set realistic activity goals.
- Adjust your schedule — if you see low activity on certain days, adjust your schedule to be more productive.
