Recent Notes, Goals & Summaries
The dashboard gives you quick access to your most recent notes, open goals, and recent summaries. This means you can pick up where you left off without navigating away from the dashboard.
Recent Notes
The Recent Notes section shows the three most recently created or edited notes in the workspace. Each note displays:
- Title — the name of the note.
- Time — how long ago the note was created (e.g., "2d ago").
- Colour indicator — a small bar matching the note's paper colour.
Tap any note to open it in the editor. Tap All Notes to go to the full notes list.
Open Goals
The Open Goals section shows active, incomplete goals from the workspace. Each goal displays:
- Description — the text of the goal.
- Progress bar — visual indicator of how close the goal is to completion.
Tap a goal to open it in the goals view. Tap All Goals to go to the full goals list.
Recent Summaries
The Recent Summaries section shows the three most recently created summaries. Each summary displays:
- Title — the name of the summary.
- Importance level — shown as a badge:
- Spotlight — amber (most important)
- Standard — grey (default)
- Side Quest — blue (low importance)
- Colour indicator — a small bar matching the importance level colour.
Tap a summary to open it in the editor. Tap All Summaries to go to the full summaries list.
Why these items?
These three sections were chosen because they represent the most common daily activities:
- Notes — capturing thoughts, ideas, and information.
- Goals — tracking progress toward meaningful achievements.
- Summaries — reflecting on what you accomplished.
Having them on the dashboard means you can do all three without ever leaving the home view.
Navigating from the dashboard
From the dashboard, you can jump to any of these sections:
- Tap All Notes to go to the full notes list.
- Tap All Goals to go to the full goals list.
- Tap All Summaries to go to the full summaries list.
- Tap any individual item to open it directly.
This makes the dashboard a true command centre — you can see everything and jump to anything.
