Workspace Limits
Every workspace in Paxalia has limits that apply to the number of items you can create. These limits depend on your plan — Free or Pro.

What happens when you reach a limit?
When you reach a limit, Paxalia will show a friendly notification explaining that you've reached the limit and, for free users, suggesting the Pro plan as an upgrade.
- Daily limits — if you reach a daily limit (e.g., 15 notes per day), you cannot create more items of that type until the next day.
- Total limits — if you reach a total limit (e.g., 5 events total), you must delete existing items before creating new ones.
For example:
- If you try to create a 16th note in a single day, you will see: "Daily limit reached for notes (15/15). Upgrade to Pro or wait until tomorrow."
- If you try to create a 6th event, you will see: "Total limit reached for events (5/5). Delete an existing event or upgrade to Pro."
