Creating an Account

An account lets you sync your data across devices, collaborate with others, and access all your workspaces from anywhere. Creating an account is quick and free.

How to sign up

1. Open Paxalia.
2. Tap the Sign Up button on the login screen.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Choose a username (letters, numbers, underscores, dots, and hyphens only).
5. Create a password (minimum 8 characters).
6. Tap Create Account.

After signing up, you will be automatically logged in and your first workspace – Personal – will be created for you.

Username rules

Your username is how other people find you in workspaces. It must follow these rules:

• 3–30 characters long.
• Can contain letters (A–Z, a–z).
• Can contain numbers (0–9).
• Can contain underscores (_), dots (.), and hyphens (-).
• Cannot contain spaces or special characters.
• Must be unique across Paxalia.

Example of a valid username: parsazaydany, paxalia_user, dev-pro.

Email verification

After signing up, you will receive a verification email. You need to verify your email before you can:

• Invite members to workspaces.
• Use certain features like Public Pages.

To verify your email, click the link in the verification email sent to your inbox.
