Creating & Managing Goals
Goals are organised into goal books. This guide shows you how to create goal books, add goals to them, and manage your goals over time.
Creating a goal book
- Open the workspace and tap the Goals tab.
- Tap the + button to create a new goal book.
- Enter a title for your goal book, e.g., "Q3 Goals" or "Sprint 1".
- Tap Create.
Your new goal book will appear in the goals list. Tap it to open it and start adding goals.
Adding a goal
- Open a goal book.
- Tap the + or Add Goal button.
- Enter the goal description.
- Tap Add.
The goal will appear in the goal list. It will be marked as incomplete by default.
Editing a goal
- Open the goal book containing the goal.
- Find the goal you want to edit.
- Tap the goal to open it.
- Edit the description.
- Tap Save.
You can also edit the goal book title the same way.
Marking a goal as completed
- Open the goal book containing the goal.
- Find the goal you want to mark as completed.
- Tap the checkbox next to the goal.
- The goal will be marked as completed and will move to the completed section.
You can unmark a goal at any time by tapping the checkbox again.
Deleting a goal
- Open the goal book containing the goal.
- Find the goal you want to delete.
- Tap the ⋮ (more) menu next to the goal.
- Select Delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
Deleting a goal is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting a goal book
- Open the workspace and tap the Goals tab.
- Find the goal book you want to delete.
- Tap the ⋮ (more) menu next to the goal book.
- Select Delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
Deleting a goal book deletes all goals inside it. This action is permanent.
Goals and filter by member
You can filter goals by workspace member. This is useful for seeing which goals each team member is working on:
- In the workspace, tap the filter bar at the top.
- Select a member's name from the list.
- Only goals belonging to that member will be shown.
- Tap All to clear the filter.
