Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is the first thing you see when you open a workspace. It's your command centre — a complete overview of everything happening in that workspace. From here, you can see your progress, track your activity, and jump directly to any feature.
What's on the dashboard?
The dashboard is divided into several sections, each giving you a different view of your workspace:
Metrics Cards
At the top of the dashboard, you'll find four metric cards that give you a quick snapshot of your workspace:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Workspaces | Total number of workspaces you have across your account. |
| Notes | Total number of notes in the current workspace. |
| Goals Done | Number of completed goals in the current workspace. |
| Timings | Total number of timings in the current workspace. |
| Events | Total number of events in the current workspace. |
| Alarms | Total number of alarms in the current workspace. |
| Pages | Total number of pages in the current workspace. |
| Members | Number of members in the current workspace. |
Goal Progress
Below the metrics, you'll see a visual progress ring that shows the completion rate of your goals. The ring fills as you complete more goals, and the number of completed goals is displayed in the centre.
Weekly Activity Chart
A bar chart shows your activity distribution across the last 7 days. Each bar represents a day, and the height of the bar shows how much time you spent working in that workspace on that day.
This helps you identify patterns — are you more productive on certain days? Which days do you need to focus more?
Activity Line Chart
The line chart tracks your productivity trends over time. It shows your activity levels across the last 7 days, helping you spot trends and identify your most productive periods.
Activity Streak
The activity streak shows your consistency over the last 14 days. Each day is represented by a bubble:
- Green bubble — you were active on that day.
- Grey bubble — you were inactive on that day.
- Highlighted bubble — today.
Double‑tap any day to see the detailed activity for that day — including every timer session, start time, duration, and upload time.
Recent Notes
The three most recent notes from the workspace are displayed here. Tap any note to open and edit it. Tap All Notes to go to the full notes list.
Open Goals
Active, incomplete goals are displayed here with progress bars. Each goal shows its description and a progress bar indicating how close it is to completion.
Tap All Goals to go to the full goals list.
Recent Summaries
The three most recent daily summaries are displayed here. Each summary shows its title, importance level (Spotlight, Standard, or Side Quest), and a colour indicator.
Tap All Summaries to go to the full summaries list.
How to use the dashboard effectively
- Check your metrics daily — a quick glance at the metrics cards tells you if you're making progress.
- Watch your streak — maintaining a streak is a powerful motivator. Aim for consistency rather than intensity.
- Review your weekly activity — use the chart to identify which days are your most productive and plan accordingly.
- Use recent items — the recent notes and summaries sections let you pick up where you left off without navigating to the feature pages.
