Alarms Overview

Alarms help you stay on schedule. You can set custom alarms with specific times, days of the week, vibration, snooze, and even custom ringtones.

What are alarms?

An alarm is a recurring alert that you set to go off at specific times on specific days. Each alarm has:

  • Title — the name of the alarm (e.g., "Deep work start" or "Lunch break").
  • Time — when the alarm goes off (HH:MM format).
  • Days of the week — which days the alarm repeats.
  • Enabled status — whether the alarm is active or paused.
  • Vibration — whether the device vibrates when the alarm goes off.
  • Snooze — whether the alarm can be snoozed.
  • Ringtone — which sound plays (Free users get default; Pro users get custom ringtones).

How alarms work

  1. Create — set a time, choose days, and customise the sound.
  2. Enable — turn the alarm on when you want it active.
  3. Trigger — when the alarm time arrives, it goes off with sound, vibration, and a notification.
  4. Snooze — if enabled, you can snooze the alarm for 5 minutes.
  5. Disable — turn the alarm off when you don't need it.

Alarms are checked every 10 seconds, so they are very reliable.

Ringtone support

Each alarm can have its own ringtone:

  • Free users — default ringtone only.
  • Pro users — custom ringtones (you can pick any audio file).
