Logging In

Logging in to Paxalia gives you access to all your workspaces and synced data across all your devices.

How to log in

1. Open Paxalia.
2. Enter your username or email.
3. Enter your password.
4. Tap Log In.

If you have Two‑Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled, you will be prompted to enter your authentication code after logging in.

Remember me

You can enable Remember Me when logging in to stay logged in across sessions. When Remember Me is enabled:

• You won't need to log in again when you reopen the app.
• Your session will be active for a longer period.
• You can still log out manually at any time.

Note: For security, avoid using Remember Me on shared or public devices.

Forgot password

If you've forgotten your password:

1. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password?.
2. Enter your email address.
3. You'll receive a password reset link via email.
4. Click the link and follow the instructions to reset your password.

If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
