Events Overview
Events help you schedule and track important moments in your workspace — meetings, deadlines, reviews, or any recurring activity. Each event can have a reminder, and you can mark it as completed when done.
What are events?
An event is a scheduled item in your workspace. Each event has:
- Title — the name of the event.
- Description — optional details about the event.
- Date — when the event occurs.
- Recurrence — how often the event repeats (None, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Custom).
- Reminder — how many minutes before the event you want to be notified.
- Completion status — whether the event is completed or still open.
Recurrence options
Events can be set to repeat at different intervals:
| Recurrence | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|
| None | One‑time event | Project deadline |
| Daily | Repeats every day | Daily standup |
| Weekly | Repeats every week on the same day | Weekly team meeting |
| Monthly | Repeats every month on the same date | Monthly review |
| Custom | Repeats every N days | Every 3 days |
Event reminders
You can set a reminder for any event. When the reminder time arrives, you will receive:
- A push notification on your device.
- An in‑app notification in the Notification Center.
Reminders can be set to any number of minutes before the event. For example, you can set a reminder 10 minutes before a meeting, or 1 day before a deadline.

Event completion
You can mark events as completed when they are done. Completed events:
- Are shown with a checkmark.
- Still appear in your events list (so you can see what you've accomplished).
- Can be unmarked if needed.
This is useful for tracking what you've actually done vs. what you planned to do.
Event limits
