Page Templates
Page templates are pre‑built HTML documents that you can use as a starting point for your own pages. They save time and help you create professional‑looking pages quickly.
Available templates
Paxalia comes with several templates you can use:
Dashboard
A full workspace dashboard with metrics cards, recent activity, and live placeholders. This template shows you how to use all the dynamic placeholders in a real‑world layout.
Project Roadmap
A roadmap template with phases, milestones, and progress bars. Use this to track the progress of any project — from product launches to personal goals.
Team Overview
A team dashboard that shows member stats, recent activity, and project status. Perfect for team workspaces.
Meeting Notes
A structured template for meeting notes with agenda, discussion points, and action items.
Blank Canvas
Start from scratch with a clean HTML document. This gives you complete freedom to build whatever you want.
How to use a template
- Open the page editor.
- Click the Template button.
- Select the template you want to use.
- The template's HTML will be inserted into the editor.
- Customise the content and styling as needed.
- Save your page.
Customising templates
Once you've inserted a template, you can customise it completely:
- Text — change the headings, paragraphs, and list items.
- Styling — change colours, fonts, and spacing using inline styles.
- Placeholders — add, remove, or replace placeholders with your own data.
- Structure — add or remove sections, columns, and rows.
There are no restrictions on how you modify a template — it's just a starting point.
Creating your own templates
While you can't save custom templates in the app yet, you can create your own templates by copying and pasting HTML from an existing page. This is a great way to reuse layouts across multiple workspaces.
