Analytics Overview
The analytics dashboard gives you a complete picture of your productivity. It shows key metrics, visual charts, and real‑time activity data — all in one place.
Analytics are per‑workspace. Each workspace has its own analytics, so you can see exactly how you're spending your time in each area of your life.
What's on the analytics dashboard?
The analytics dashboard is divided into three main sections:
1. Key Metrics
At the top of the dashboard, you see key metrics for your workspace:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Workspaces | Total number of workspaces you have across your account. |
| Notes | Total number of notes in the current workspace. |
| Goals Done | Number of completed goals in the current workspace. |
| Timings | Total number of timings in the current workspace. |
| Events | Total number of events in the current workspace. |
| Alarms | Total number of alarms in the current workspace. |
| Pages | Total number of pages in the current workspace. |
| Members | Number of members in the current workspace. |

2. Activity Streak
The activity streak shows your consistency over the last 14 days. Each day is represented by a bubble:
- Green bubble — you were active on that day.
- Grey bubble — you were inactive on that day.
- Highlighted bubble — today.
Double‑tap any day to see the detailed activity for that day — including every timer session, start time, duration, and upload time.
3. Activity Charts
Two charts help you visualise your activity patterns:
- Weekly Activity — a bar chart showing your activity across the last 7 days. Each bar represents a day, and the height shows how much time you spent.
- Activity Trend — a line chart tracking your productivity trends over time.

Real‑time updates
Analytics refresh automatically after each sync. This means:
- When you upload a timer session, your metrics update instantly.
- When you complete a goal, the goal metrics update.
- When you create a note, the note count updates.
You don't need to refresh the page — the analytics dashboard always shows the latest data.
