Reminders & Notifications
Event reminders help you stay on top of your schedule. When you set a reminder for an event, you'll receive a notification at the right time.
How reminders work
When you create or edit an event, you can set a reminder. The reminder time is specified in minutes before the event.
For example, if you have a meeting at 3:00 PM and set a reminder for 15 minutes, you will receive a notification at 2:45 PM.
Reminders can be set to any number of minutes before the event. There is no limit on how far in advance you can set a reminder.
Where you receive notifications
When a reminder is triggered, you receive notifications in two places:
- Push notification — on your device (if enabled).
- In‑app notification — in the Notification Center.
Your device must be online to receive push notifications. If you are offline, the notification will be delivered when you come back online.
Notification Center
All your notifications — including event reminders — are collected in the Notification Center.
In the Notification Center, you can:
- Read — see all your past and current notifications.
- Mark as read — mark individual notifications as read.
- Mark all as read — clear all notifications at once.
- Delete — remove notifications you no longer need.

Managing notification permissions
To receive push notifications, you must grant permission when prompted. You can change your notification permissions at any time in your device's settings.
