Activity Streak

The activity streak is a visual way to track your consistency. It shows how many consecutive days you've been active in a workspace, and gives you a quick overview of your last 14 days of activity.

What counts as activity?

You are considered active on a day if you perform any of the following actions in a workspace:

  • Start, stop, or upload a timer session.
  • Create, edit, or delete a note.
  • Create, edit, or complete a goal.
  • Create, edit, or delete a timing.
  • Create, edit, or delete a summary.
  • Create, edit, or delete a timeline.
  • Create, edit, or delete an event.
  • Create, edit, or delete an alarm.
  • Create, edit, or delete a page.
  • Post a message in the chat.

Simply opening the app without performing any action does not count as activity.

How is the streak calculated?

The streak is calculated as the number of consecutive days you've been active, starting from today and going backwards. If you are active today, the streak counts today. If you miss a day, the streak resets to 0.

For example:

  • If you were active on Jul 9, Jul 8, Jul 7, and Jul 6 — your streak is 4 days.
  • If you were active on Jul 9, Jul 8, but not Jul 7 — your streak is 2 days (the streak broke on Jul 7).
  • If you are active today, your streak includes today.

Viewing the streak

The streak is displayed as a row of bubbles on the dashboard, showing the last 14 days:

  • 💚 Green bubble — active on that day.
  • ⬜ Grey bubble — inactive on that day.
  • ⭐ Highlighted bubble — today.

The total streak count is shown above the bubbles.

Double‑tapping a day

Double‑tap any day bubble to see the detailed activity for that day. This opens a screen showing:

  • The date.
  • Every timer session from that day, with start time, duration, and upload time.
  • Total time spent.

This is useful for reviewing your work on a specific day and understanding what you accomplished.

Why maintain a streak?

Maintaining a streak is a powerful motivator. It encourages daily consistency, which is the foundation of meaningful progress. Even a small action each day — like starting a 5‑minute timer — keeps the streak alive and builds momentum.

Pro tip: Aim for consistency, not intensity. A 5‑minute timer session every day is better than a 5‑hour session once a week.

Next steps

Understand how the streak fits into the bigger picture by exploring Dashboard Overview or Recent Notes, Goals & Summaries.
