Public Sharing Overview

Public sharing lets you share your notes and pages with anyone — even people who don't have a Paxalia account. With a single toggle, you can make any note or page public and share it via a unique link.

What is public sharing?

When you make a note or page public:

• It gets a unique shareable link.
• Anyone with the link can view it — no account needed.
• It appears in the Community Feed (unless you hide it).

Public sharing is available for both Notes and Pages. The process is the same for both.

How to make content public

1. Open the note or page you want to share.
2. Tap the Edit button.
3. Toggle the Make Public switch to ON.
4. Tap Save.

Your content will now be public. You can copy the shareable link and send it to anyone.

Shareable links

When content is public, it gets a unique link. The link format is:

https://app.paxalia.com/pages/public/<token>

or

https://app.paxalia.com/notes/public/<token>

You can share this link with anyone. When they open it, they will see the content rendered in their browser — no Paxalia account required.

To copy the link:

1. Open the public note or page.
2. Tap the Share button.
3. The link will be copied to your clipboard.

Community visibility

When content is public, it automatically appears in the Community Feed. This helps other Paxalia users discover your work.

Pro users have an additional option:

• Hide from community — the content remains public and accessible via direct link, but it does NOT appear in the Community Feed.

Public sharing limits

These limits apply across all your workspaces.

Security

All public content is rendered using HyperViewer, a secure HTML renderer that:

• Does not execute JavaScript.
• Sanitises all user‑generated HTML.
• Protects against XSS and other injection attacks.
